Booty Pump
Our most popular class! It’s all about isolating and strengthening the glute muscles. Dynamic leg and glute exercises will be done throughout the workout, using various equipment.
Conditioning
In this class we will focus on cardio vascular training but will do so using many muscles that you do not normally use. This technique will not only help increase your cardio, but will also help in burning fat and gaining strength.
Weightlifting - Upper Body
This class will focus on the upper body muscles involved in pushing and pulling motions in order to accomplish the compound movements.
Kickboxing / Boxing
Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. This class will focus more on the cardio of boxing, building shoulder and arm strength.
Kettlebells
This 60-minute class will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements.
Deadlifts
We will focus on the proper form and technique for the deadlift and strengthening the muscles of the legs, upper/mid/low back, and core. Grip strength will also be tested as you continue to progress in your deadlift.
BodyPlyo
A high-intensity full body workout using a circuit training format to shed inches and tone. Combines strength, cardio and plyometric exercises for optimal results. This will gear you up to perform like an true athlete.
Bulgarian Bag
This class will strengthen and increase your muscular endurance of the grip, wrists, arms, shoulders, back, legs and rotational muscles. It also aids in building core musculature, coordination, and improving should and joint mobility.
TRX
This class will focus on core strength and utilize TRX straps to do so. It’s a full-body strength workout that utilizes a person’s own body weight instead majority of the time instead of relying on machines or dumbbells.
