How do I download and login to the app?

You can download Omalza Fitness for iPhone and Android in their respective stores.

I forgot my username and/or password. How do I retrieve it?

In the app, click “forgot password” and follow the steps.

How do I update my email or mailing address?

Contact one of our front desk admins in person, over the phone, or email us at omalzafitness@gmail.com. You can also change it yourself through the free Omalza Fitness app.

Do you have lockers or showers?

Yes, we have an area with lockers and cubbies to store personal belongings while you work out. However, we do not have showers.

Can I come workout whenever I want?

Members will enjoy a variety of class times available throughout the day in which you can come get your sweat on. We do NOT have an open gym in which you can come workout anytime during the day. Please see our class schedule.

Do you have child care?

We do have a separate enclosed area, designated for children to hang out while their parent or guardian is participating in class. We do not have supervised child care.

I have a current or past injury, can I still participate?

We encourage all clients to obtain medical clearance from their doctor for any past or current injuries.

Is there an age limit?

For class, we require that all clients are 14 years of age or older. Clients 14-17 years old must have parental consent to participate.

Do you provide towels and water?

Water bottles are available for purchase if you happen to forget your own. We do have towels available by request.

Do you offer a free trial?

We currently do not have a free trial option. You can view the pricing page to see all of our options available. 

Memberships

What is included in my membership?

The memberships include unlimited access to classes, and fitness training.

How often can I attend classes?

All class memberships include unlimited access to all classes. If you would like to attend 4 classes per day, you’re crazy, but you can!

I have questions about my bill. Who do I contact?

You can email us at omalzafitness@gmail.com.

I want to change my billing information. How do I do that?

Contact our front desk admin in person or email us at omalzafitness@gmail.com. You can also update it through the free Omalza Fitness app.

How do I cancel my membership?

Just come in and talk to our front desk admin to fill out our cancellation form. You can also reach out via our Contact Us page.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, you may freeze your membership for one billing period for a $30 fee. Just come in and talk to our front desk admin.

Can I transfer my membership to another person?

No, we’re sorry but we do not allow membership transfers.

Can someone else use my membership if I'm unable to?

No, each membership is only valid for the person who originally purchased it.

Can I drop in classes?

Yes, it’s $30.00 per class to drop in.

6 Week Challenge

What is the 6 Week Challenge?

The 6 Week Challenge is a program for those that have a minimum of 6% body fat or 20 pounds to lose. It’s for people looking to make a healthy lifestyle change but don’t know where to start. It’s also for people who have already made the lifestyle change, but have hit a plateau in their results.

What is included in the challenge?

The 6 Week Challenge includes access to a variety of strength and conditioning classes, nutrition plan, accountability, OFIT online community support, before/after photos, as well as weekly measurements of your weight, muscle mass, and body fat percentage. The cost of food is not included in the challenge.

I have special nutritional needs, can these be accommodated for the challenge?

Certain nutrition needs can be accommodated. For example, if you are a breastfeeding mother, our licensed nutritionists will instruct you on how to properly modify your nutrition plan for this. Please contact us directly with any specific questions in regards to nutrition plan modifications for the challenge.

When does the next challenge start and how do I register?

Am I too old or out of shape to participate?

No, we have clients of all different ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels enjoying workouts in our gyms. We encourage all people to join the Omalza family. Our top certified personal trainers are easily able to accommodate and provide modifications if needed, while still challenging you to achieve results.

Classes

What is class like?

Each class is a 45-minute session led by a an experienced personal trainer that will help you get your cardio in while building your strength and endurance.

I have no idea what this class is. How do I find a description?

Do I need to be in shape to take classes here?

No, we have clients of all different ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels enjoying workouts in our gyms. We encourage all people to join the Omalza family. Our top certified personal trainers are easily able to accommodate and provide modifications if needed, while still challenging you to achieve results.

Can I reserve a spot for class?

Yes, you can reserve a spot in class up to 48 hours in advance through the free Omalza Fitness app.

Personal Training

Do you offer one on one personal training?

Yes, we provide one on one personal training in packages of 8 or 12 sessions.

Do you offer group personal training?

Yes, we provide small group (2 – 3 people) personal training in packages of 8 or 12 sessions.

Do you offer online personal training?

Yes, we provide online personal training. We offer an 8 session and 16 session monthly plan on autopay.

How do you cancel online personal training?

Email ofitonline@gmail.com with a 14 day notice of cancellation. If your next payment date falls within the 14 day notice, you will be charged one more month of online personal training.
